Mr. Pearson touched the lives of the students and staff of Highland Academy for 10 years. He was passionate about helping those around him find their genius and we are committed to continuing his legacy.

Chris Valdivia

Mr. Valdivia came to Highland Academy in 2016 as a substitute teacher, and because he was so good, he quickly became our school’s full-time 5th grade teacher. In January of 2022, he was promoted to the position of Assistant Director where he served admirably the students and staff of our school. Mr. V had his hand in every aspect of our school. Being both a classroom teacher and administrator in his 8 years with us, he touched hundreds of lives.
